Reservations Required

All guests must have a reservation to enter Hudson VU.

Group Size Limitations

Maximum party size for standard reservations: 8 guests. For larger parties, please contact our events department.

Credit Card Hold for Reservations

A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 per person cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After that, the reservation may be released to accommodate other guests.

Minimum Spend Requirement

Minimum spend requirements may apply for prime hours, private areas, and special events. Details will be provided at the time of booking.

Table Time Limit

Table reservations are limited to 2 hours. If you would like to reserve a table for more than two hours, please let us know when making your reservation so we can best accommodate your request.

Age Policy

Hudson VU is a 21+ venue.

Dress Code

Smart casual attire is required. Athletic wear, flip-flops, and excessively casual clothing are not permitted.

Outside Food and Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Decor, Flowers, and Balloons

Outdoor decor, flowers, and balloons are not allowed.

Weather Conditions

Outdoor reservations are weather-dependent. In case of inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate you indoors, subject to availability.

Seating Requests

We try to accommodate all seating requests; however, specific tables or views are not guaranteed.

Special Celebrations

Please notify us in advance if you are celebrating a special occasion so we can make it memorable.
